Refunds for Services

1. Web & App Development Services

Full Refund: Available if the project has not commenced.

Partial Refund: Provided on a prorated basis for in-progress projects based on work completed and expenses incurred. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Marketing Services

Full Refund: Available if the campaign has not started.

Partial Refund: Issued on a prorated basis for ongoing campaigns depending on services rendered up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds for Products

1. Digital Products

No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for downloadable items once they have been purchased and delivered. Please review product details before purchase.

2. Subscriptions

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Partial Refund: Issued on a prorated basis from the time of cancellation to the end of the billing cycle.

  • Misuse or Unauthorized Alterations: Issues resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or non-compliance with provided guidelines are not refundable.
